"Janet is outstanding. She gladly took us to see multiple house until we found the perfect one. She helped us identify contractors who could help us with updates and she is a superb negotiation. She sold my mother's house in 2 weeks. She is responsive at a moment's notice. On a personal level, she has a great sense of humor and is a delightful agent. I recommend her highly."
